Zambrano & Asociados assists its clients in the Real Estate area from the moment of contacting the seller/buyer/real estate agent of a property and takes care of the title search (which is done in all cases as part of the legal policy of the firm, independently of whether or not the client wants to get title insurance); contacting the municipality or private engineer to perform a survey of the property, whenever it is necessary, and being present at the moment the survey is performed; drawing the sales agreement and the final sales deed; translating these contracts into English; putting together all the supporting paperwork to file the new title; being present at the notary office at the moment of closing; and, recording the new sales deed at the Property Registry Office.
When it comes to obtaining residency in Ecuador, Zambrano & Asociados provides its clients with the legal advice they need as to which type of visa would be more convenient and also the required documents to process the visa. Flori and her team assist clients by writing the application; translating all legal documents required; accompanying them to the interview at the Foreign Affairs Office; and, doing the follow up while the visa is processed; and finally, taking the client to the Civil Registry Office in Guayaquil (clients are taken in a private vehicle provided by Z&A by a bilingual driver and immigration assistant) to obtain the Ecuadorian ID card or cedula.
